Ensure your softboard is unused, in its original shrink wrap, and within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the board to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack and Ship

Securely repackage the board in its original shipping box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier using the provided return label.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the board for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
